Wallet addresses and device fingerprints are stored securely. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Behavioral Data & Blockchain Immutability:

We do NOT record behavioral data on any public blockchain. On-chain records are limited to token rewards and wallet actions only. If you wish to stop future behavioral data collection, you may delete your account.

4.1 API Usage Transparency

No Double API Calls - Official Integration Only:

Forever Couch Gang does NOT create additional API calls to content platforms. We use the exact same official APIs and embeds that you would access through each platform's native apps and websites. Our service simply provides a unified interface to access these existing APIs from one location.

What This Means for You:

• No Performance Impact: Content loads at the same speed as accessing platforms directly
• No Additional Data Usage: Same bandwidth consumption as individual platform usage
• Official Analytics Count: Every view, like, and engagement is counted by the original platform
• Same Security: All content security and moderation remains handled by the original platforms
• Revenue Protection: Creators and platforms receive the same ad revenue and analytics data

Transparency Guarantee:

We are committed to full transparency about our API usage. Unlike some aggregation services that may use unofficial methods, Forever Couch Gang exclusively uses official, documented APIs and embed methods provided by each platform. This ensures compliance, reliability, and respect for platform terms of service.

6. Third-Party Services & Data Sales

We integrate with third-party services including OAuth providers (Google, X, Twitch, Instagram, Meta, Kick), Stripe for payments, and Railway for infrastructure. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
