⚠️ UTILITY TOKEN NOTICE — PLEASE READ

$FCGC IS A UTILITY TOKEN, NOT A SECURITY, INVESTMENT, OR FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT.

By using the Couch Potato App and earning $FCGC tokens, you acknowledge and agree that:

$FCGC tokens are utility rewards for platform engagement only
You are NOT making an investment by using this platform
You do NOT expect profits from token accumulation
When mining is live, tokens are designed to be earned through active participation (watching, sharing, commenting). Mining / watch-to-earn is currently disabled (on hold).
When available, tokens are intended for platform features, tools, and (design) gift-card utilities—NOT financial returns. Gift-card redemption is not a present fact while mining is on hold.
Token value is NOT guaranteed and may fluctuate based on utility demand

If you do not agree with this utility-only framework, do not use the platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Forever Couch Gang ("FCGC", "the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Platform.

What FCGC Is:

A content aggregation platform pulling videos/streams from YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Kick, X (Twitter), and other third-party platforms via official embeds and APIs
A Proof-of-Rot blockchain reward system designed so users can earn $FCGC for verified engagement when mining is enabled (currently on hold / disabled)
A community governance platform using CouchCred reputation and on-chain voting

What FCGC Is NOT:

An investment, security, or financial product. $FCGC is a utility token for in-app features only.
A content hosting service. We aggregate; creators own their content on their original platforms.
A guarantee of earnings. Rewards depend on engagement, caps, and anti-fraud systems.

2. Eligibility & Account Rules

ONE HUMAN • ONE ACCOUNT

You must be 13+ years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
One account per human, verified via OAuth (Google, X, Twitch, etc.) + device fingerprinting
Multiple accounts = immediate ban + forfeiture of all $FCGC earnings across all accounts
Sharing accounts, selling accounts, or transferring accounts is prohibited
VPNs are allowed but suspicious patterns (rapid location changes, datacenter IPs) trigger review

Clear Violation Example: Creating 5 Google accounts to farm $FCGC with 5 FCGC wallets = permanent ban on all accounts, no appeals.

3. Content Aggregation & Our Rights

FCGC aggregates content from third-party platforms. We do NOT host, store, or rehost videos. All content is embedded via official platform APIs/players.

API Usage Transparency:

No Double API Calls: We use the exact same official APIs you would access through each platform's native apps and websites
Same Performance: Content loads at identical speeds to accessing platforms directly
Official Analytics Count: Every view, engagement, and interaction is counted by the original platform
No Additional Bandwidth: Same data usage as individual platform access
Revenue Protection: Creators and platforms receive identical ad revenue and analytics

Platform Rights:

We reserve the right to remove or hide any aggregated content that violates our Community Standards (Section 4), regardless of whether it's allowed on the source platform
Content removal does NOT imply we "own" or "control" the content; it means we chose not to surface it in our feed
Creators maintain full ownership and rights to their content on their original platforms
If a platform (e.g., YouTube) removes content, it disappears from FCGC automatically

DMCA & Copyright:

We comply with DMCA takedown requests. If you believe content aggregated on FCGC infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with proof of ownership. Note: Most copyright disputes should be filed with the source platform (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) since they host the content.

4. Community Standards: What's Allowed & What's Not

FCGC supports free speech and allows profanity, strong opinions, and controversial takes. We DO NOT police language. We DO prohibit harm.

Religious debate and criticism
Satire, parody, dark humor
NSFW content (if age-restricted on source platform)
Controversial takes on sensitive topics

✗ PROHIBITED

Content inciting violence or harm
Calls for harassment based on identity
Doxxing (sharing private info without consent)
Child exploitation (zero tolerance)
Fraud, scams, or financial manipulation
Spam, botting, or platform manipulation

VIOLATION CRITERIA (Clear Decision Framework):

🚫 INCITEMENT TO VIOLENCE OR HARM

Direct calls to attack, assault, or kill individuals or groups
Organizing raids, swatting, or coordinated harassment campaigns
Instructions for creating weapons intended for mass harm
Praising or encouraging terrorism, mass shootings, or genocide

🚫 TARGETED HARASSMENT BASED ON IDENTITY

Sustained campaigns to silence, intimidate, or harm someone based on race, religion, gender, sexuality, or disability
Doxxing: sharing home addresses, phone numbers, or private data to facilitate harassment
Encouraging others to mass-report, brigade, or 'cancel' someone
NOT a violation: Criticizing ideas, mocking public figures, or using offensive language in general discourse

🚫 CHILD EXPLOITATION

Any sexualization of minors (zero tolerance, immediate ban + law enforcement report)
Sharing or soliciting CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)
Grooming behavior or predatory communication with minors

🚫 FRAUD & SCAMS

Pump-and-dump schemes, rug pulls, or fake token promotions
Impersonating FCGC staff, devs, or official accounts
Phishing links, malware distribution, or wallet drainers
Claiming $FCGC is an 'investment' or guaranteeing financial returns

🚫 PLATFORM MANIPULATION

Botting, scripting, or automating engagement to farm $FCGC
Coordinating vote brigades to manipulate CouchCred scores
Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure
Using multiple accounts to bypass earning caps

WHY WE DON'T POLICE LANGUAGE:

Offensive words, slurs, or crude humor are subjective and culturally dependent. Adults can mute, block, or ignore content they dislike. We focus enforcement on measurable harm: violence, exploitation, fraud, and platform abuse. If you're offended by language, use platform tools to curate your feed. If someone is organizing harm, report it and we'll act.

5. $FCGC Token: Utility, Not Investment

$FCGC IS NOT A SECURITY. IT IS NOT AN INVESTMENT.

How Tokens Are Designed To Be Earned (Currently On Hold):

Watch verified content: Genuine viewing time is designed to earn tokens when mining is live (currently disabled)
Share content: Content shares are designed to earn tokens when mining is live (currently disabled)
Engage: Likes, comments, reactions are designed to earn tokens when mining is live (currently disabled)
Participate: Governance voting and community actions are designed to earn tokens when mining is live (currently disabled)

Token Utility (Platform Features Only):

$FCGC tokens unlock premium platform features: staking for boosted rewards, governance voting, priority notifications, creator analytics
Gift-card redemption is a design utility (Amazon, Target, etc.) — not a live payout fact while mining is on hold; not cash equivalents
Tokens are for platform use only—you cannot sell, trade, or convert $FCGC to fiat currency

CRITICAL DISCLAIMERS:

You are NOT making an investment by using this platform
You do NOT expect profits from token accumulation
Tokens have NO guaranteed value — token value may fluctuate or decline
NO passive income: When mining is live, tokens must be actively earned through platform usage (mining currently on hold)
NO profit promises: We make no guarantees about token utility, value, or continued redemption
Tokens are non-refundable once redeemed for features or gift cards
Cheating, botting, or violating terms voids all token rewards permanently

Token Caps:

Wallet earning cap: 1 billion $FCGC lifetime per wallet (hard limit, cannot be bypassed)
Daily earning caps scale by CouchCred tier (8K-24K $FCGC/day)
These caps ensure fair distribution and prevent exploitation

Your Acknowledgment: By earning and using $FCGC, you acknowledge that you are not making an investment and do not expect financial profits or returns. You are using a platform that rewards active engagement with utility tokens.

6. Account Enforcement & Appeals

Enforcement Tiers:

Warning: First-time minor violations (spam, low-quality engagement) → warning email, no $FCGC loss
Suspension: Repeated violations or moderate offenses → 7-30 day account freeze, earnings paused
Permanent Ban: Severe violations (child exploitation, fraud, multi-account farming) → immediate ban, all $FCGC forfeited, no appeals

Appeals Process:

Warnings and suspensions can be appealed via email ([email protected]) with evidence. We review within 7 days. Permanent bans for severe violations are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

FCGC is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Loss of $FCGC due to bugs, exploits, or platform downtime
Third-party content aggregated from external platforms
Changes to earning rates, caps, or tokenomics
Disputes with other users or platforms
Loss of privacy due to blockchain immutability (behavioral data on-chain cannot be deleted)

Maximum liability: $100 USD or your total earned $FCGC value (whichever is lower).

8. Behavioral Data & Internal Security

What We Collect & Store:

Personal data (protected): Email, wallet address, OAuth IDs, device fingerprints — stored privately, never sold
Behavioral data (internal use): Watch duration, platform sequence, engagement types (like, comment, share, follow), session patterns — used only for bot detection and platform security

Data Privacy & Security:

We do NOT sell, license, or monetize behavioral data to any third parties
Behavioral data is used exclusively for bot detection, fraud prevention, and platform security
All behavioral data is stored securely and never shared with external parties except as required by law
Behavioral data collection ceases immediately upon account deletion

Your Rights:

You can request deletion of your account, which stops all future behavioral data collection
You can request to access all behavioral data we have collected about you
You can contact us with privacy concerns at [email protected]

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Major changes will be announced 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes = acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Maine, United States of America. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration (not class action). For questions, contact [email protected].

TL;DR:

One account, no bots, no harm. Say what you want, but don't organize violence, exploit kids, or scam people. $FCGC is for utility, not speculation. We remove content that violates these rules. Be cool, earn rewards, build the future.
